When you submit your pet(s) photo, you have consented for Pet E! Magazine Staff Members
to place your pet photo(s) in the above named magazine. Pet Owners must understand that
their pet photo(s) may be displayed multiple times in the magazine to be featured in the
creative imaginary stories developed and written by staff members. You acknowledge that
the stories your pet will portray in will be fictional (mostly) and designed for
entertainment purposes only.
The Reader(s) has agreed that Pet E ! will not return any pet photo(s) to the owner(s) as it
becomes the property of the above entitled magazine.
By reading this letter of consent, you have authorize your pet photo(s) to be publish as
part of the work of the above named magazine. You have agreed to the terms and
conditions of this letter of consent.
